AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), organized by inkBOOK EUROPE SP. Z O.O., with registered office at ul. Ostrowskiego 7, 53-238 Wrocław, Poland, NIP (VAT ID): 897188217, REGON: 38680691 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  2. The Program is addressed to natural persons or legal entities who register as Affiliate Partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners").

  3. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

§2. Program Rules

  1. The Partner receives an individual affiliate link used to promote the Organizer's products/services.

  2. The Partner receives a commission for each successful transaction completed via the affiliate link, in accordance with the current commission rate specified by the Organizer.

  3. Details regarding commissions and promoted products/services are available in the Partner Dashboard.

§3. Settlement Terms and Payouts

  1. Settlements with Partners are made once per quarter, within 14 business days following the end of a given calendar quarter (i.e., by April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15).

  2. The minimum payout amount is EUR 50.

  3. If the Partner does not reach the minimum payout amount in a given quarter, the funds will be carried over to the next billing period.

  4. Payouts are made on the basis of a VAT invoice issued by the Partner or an invoice/bill (in the case of registered entities/sole traders).

  5. Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Partner.

§4. Partner Obligations

  1. The Partner is obliged to promote products/services in compliance with applicable law, principles of ethics, and these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The use of unfair practices—including, but not limited to, spamming, falsifying data, or using prohibited marketing methods—is strictly forbidden.

  3. Violation of these rules may result in exclusion from the Program and forfeiture of due commissions.

§5. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Partners will be informed of any changes via email or through the Partner Dashboard.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws of Poland shall apply.
